Orders below 2kg are normally despatched by Royal mail. If you have not received your order after 7 working days please contact us or your local royal mail enquiry office. International orders below 2kg are normally sent by airmail.
Orders over 2kg will be delivered by carrier and will require a signature on receipt.
On other products, customers have 7 days from receipt to change their mind but, once products have been used, they cannot be returned.
Please Note:
the cost of outgoing postage/shipping & packaging will be deducted from the refund (minimum £2.00 + VAT). We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders.If products are received damaged, we must be notified in writing within 7 days from receipt.
