The Bodyclock is very effective in regulating your sleep/wake pattern and getting your circadian rhythm back in sync. It works by rousing you very slowly with a scientifically calculated gradual 'sunrise', so your body is waking up even before you are conscious. Your brain learns that the brightening light is the signal to wake up, so with time and proper use, you wake up easily, feeling alert and positive.

Set the required wake-up time and, before the set time, the lamp begins to glow faintly,
gradually increasing in intensity. When it reaches full brightness a normal alarm sounds (you can prevent the alarm sounding if you wish).
The light wakes you up so you feel more refreshed and alert than if woken in the dark by a shrill alarm.
